    Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Kokomo, IN

     
     

    Seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a Geriatric primary care clinic in Kokomo, IN.

     

    Position Type: Full time.

     

    Start Date: Quick start is preferred. Beginning to middle of November is expected.

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-4:30p (no weekends/holidays).

     

    Pay Rate: Negotiable by phone. W2 pay with included benefits.

     
     

    + Board Certified FNP/AGNP/AGACNP

    + IN state license

    + Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience and 1 full year of primary care experience with patients aged 55-65
