As a **Senior Customer Experience Program Manager here** at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and oversee programs to collect and analyze customer feedback, transforming it into actionable insights that improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
You will report directly to our **Customer Experience Program Manager,** and you will work out of our **Atlanta, GA** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Strategy Development** : Develop and evolve the company's VOC strategy to create a holistic view of the customer experience.
+ **Program Governance & Management** : Define and implement program structure, governance, feedback loop processes, and manage VoC tools and technologies.
+ **Feedback Collection** : Establish and maintain robust customer feedback mechanisms, including surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES), and customer interviews.
+ **Data Analysis & Insights** : Analyze customer feedback data from various sources to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
+ **Actionable Recommendations:** Translate complex customer data into actionable insights and recommendations for product development, service, marketing, and other business functions.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with customer service, digital, supply chain and operations to incorporate customer feedback into business processes and decision-making.
+ **Reporting & Communication** : Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, communicating the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Monitor the impact of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related field.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
+ Proficiency in customer feedback tools and methodologies.
+ Experience with data analysis software and reporting tools.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Experience in a similar role within a technology or industrial company.
+ Proven experience in Voice of the Customer (VoC) program management or a related customer experience role.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills to advocate for the customer and build relationships across departments
