    We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aWarehouse Associateto join a leading Company located in theRosedale, MDsurrounding area.

     

    Pay Rate: $18

     

    This role is essential in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment and be proficient in operating standard warehouse equipment.

    Responsibilities :

    + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, to load, unload, and transport materials.

    + Handle, store, and organize materials safely and efficiently.

    + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

    + Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labelin g.

    + Maintain inventory records and conduct routine cycle counts.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.

    + Work with heavy materials, lifting up to 50lbs as required.

    + Assist in general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    + Support additional warehouse tasks as needed, including occasional weekend work or overtime.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

    + Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse setting.

    + Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers (certification preferred).

    + Ability to work extended periods handling heavy materials.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
