    As a key contributor to Pega’s IT PMO & Agile Delivery team, you will focus on learning from and supporting Project Managers, Program Managers and Scrum Masters.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + Shadow our Project Managers and Program Managers to learn about project organization and leadership best practices.

    + Shadow our Scrum Masters to gain foundational knowledge about Agile Principles and Scrum techniques.

    + Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to lead a variety of activities such as creating project plans, conducting organizational change management analysis, writing stories, or conducting scrum meetings.

    + As opportunities are identified, you may also lead Project or Scrum Teams, under supervision, to gain first-hand experience.

    Who You Are:

    + Have completed (or are currently completing) introductory coursework in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management.

    + Have a basic understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

    + Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; the ability to deliver insights and data with attention to detail, while balancing these details with the larger business objectives.

    + Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

    + Ability to leverage technology to solve business problems.

    + Drive for continuous learning and development.

    + Demonstrate an adaptability and openness to feedback.

    + Have a professional demeanor and are accountable for the quality of your work.

    Additional Information:

    The pay range for this role is **$32.00- $37.00 per hour** . Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions, and may vary from the posted range. Information on benefits and other applicable perks will be shared at the relevant stage of the recruitment process.
