             MANAGER, REVENUE ENABLEMENT HYBRID ROLE | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK (CORPORATE HQ – MINNEAPOLIS, MN) ABOUT YOU: Are you passionate about building high-impact content, training, and tools that elevate sales performance? As Revenue Enablement Manager , you will lead the development and delivery of programs that empower our Consumer Facing TEAMS globally. This includes but is not limited to-- playbooks, newsfeeds, templates, collateral, guidance, training content, business cases, battle cards, talk tracks, FAQs, decks and presentations, one-pagers, and learning videos. The Revenue Enablement Manager will create, own, and support programs, workstreams, and tools that optimize productivity and revenue. YOU WILL: + Lead the development of enablement content and programs. Oversee the creation of playbooks, training materials, templates, collateral, videos, and sales tools to support independent reps and internal consumer-facing teams. This includes but is not limited to-- playbooks, newsfeeds, templates, collateral, guidance, training content, business cases, battle cards, talk tracks, FAQs, decks and presentations, one-pagers, and learning videos. + Deliver content in dynamic, engaging ways. Facilitate learning across various formats (live, video, LMS, virtual) and tailor approaches based on audience and content type. + Maintain and govern enablement platforms. Manage sales-facing content across Seismic Learning, and the LMS—ensuring resources are accessible, up-to-date, and easy to use. + Collaborate with business partners to align content. Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning tools support business objectives and customer needs. + Drive innovation in enablement delivery. Contribute to program ideation, including training events like Sales Kickoffs, and evolve content based on feedback and performance insights. + Support the onboarding experience. Assist in designing onboarding journeys that help new hires ramp to full productivity quickly with self-guided tools and structured coaching. + Continuously improve training content. Build and refine learning paths in partnership with Sales, L&D, and cross-functional teams to support skill development at scale. + Monitor enablement tech usage. Identify gaps and improve daily workflows for revenue teams by enhancing Seismic and related tool utilization. + Create a centralized enablement experience. Build interactive tools and resources that align with the customer journey and drive sales efficiency. + Identify productivity barriers and solutions. Analyze enablers and friction points, implementing fixes such as new tools, playbooks, and streamlined processes. + Use data to inform improvement. Offer performance insights and recommend strategies to boost team effectiveness and optimize time-to-productivity. + Manage communications across the revenue team. Own day-to-day communications that drive awareness, alignment, and efficiency. + Typical/expected % of overnight travel: up to 20% YOU HAVE: + Experience. 5+ years in sales or revenue enablement, learning & development, or related fields. Preferred. General knowledge of Jostens product and services. + Education. Bachelor’s degree required. + Strong organizational skills. Able to manage, prioritize, and delegate projects effectively across multiple deadlines. + Technical fluency. Skilled in Seismic Learning, vidREACH, beautiful.ai, Vimeo, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. + Creative and strategic mindset. Forward-thinking with a strong ability to execute tactical plans. + Communication strength. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across roles and functions. Preferred. Ability to present in a room (in person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling manner + Executional drive. Willing to roll up your sleeves and execute with a “player-coach” mentality. + Remote readiness. Self-starter with the ability to thrive independently and balance multiple priorities in a virtual work environment. + Collaboration mindset. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Training, and Marketing teams. Preferred. Experience with fast paced independent salesforce. + Results-oriented approach.
