    Quality Manager

     

    As a Quality & Customer Service Manager, you will provide oversight to the quality and customer service areas to provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position will be based at our Talladega, AL location.

     

    Every day as a Quality & Customer Service Manager, you will...

     

    + Collaborate to with Sales department and others in the customer service and quality areas to accomplish initiatives

    + Ensure quality metrics are achieved and ensure IATF compliance

    + Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and service performance as well as relationship development

    + Continuously challenge the status quo and develop recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and process efficiencies

    + Coach, train, and develop associates in the customer service and quality areas

    + Investigate and analyze quality issues/data to identify root causes, and ensure issues are addressed and resolved
