Key responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production targets are met.• Participate in plant schedule planning, including raw materials, packaging requirements, sequencing review, and sign-off.• Oversee all activities related to people and equipment availability in the resource scheduling process.• Ensure line start-up, including health & safety, raw material and packaging checks, environment checks, line set-up confirmations, and audits.• Accountable for equipment readiness and activation during line start-up and auditing.• Consult in raw material and packaging collection, compliance checks, and document time registration within the BOM Production Process.• Accountable for problem identification, escalation, and resolution within the BOM Production Process.• Responsible for QSHE reviews and production efficiency reviews within line/area performance management.• Oversee training and development plans within the people management process.• Responsible for the execution of internal and external audits and the audit de-brief process.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor’s degree required.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.• Experience in manufacturing required; experience in food manufacturing highly preferred.• Authentic leadership with credibility among senior stakeholders and plant leadership.• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders within the organization.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams to success.• Excellent communication skills across all functions and levels of the business.• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.• Project management experience with practical knowledge of tools and techniques.• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to translate operational improvements into financial impact.
Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is 64,479 - 105,272 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
