    Orthopaedics Supply Chain is recruiting for a Digital PMO Manager located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Cork, IE, Singapore, or Zuchwil, CH. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

    Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

    As Digital PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will oversee the stage gate process, ensure portfolio alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration through facilitation of the digital council. You will own performance monitoring, financial management and maturity, resource management, and reporting. By championing Agile SCRUM practices, you will continuously improve processes to deliver innovative supply chain solutions that ensure the seamless delivery of Orthopaedics products to our patients—Keeping People Moving!     You will report to the Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage the digital product life cycle management stage gate process – from intake through end of life. This includes evolving criteria for evaluating intake proposals to ensure alignmentwith astrategic portfolio plan, standardizing our stage gate deliverables, and establishing an end-of-life process.

    + Facilitatecross-functional Orthopaedic Supply Chain Digital Council forum to ensure accurate and timelycustomerunderstanding of product status, risks, and opportunities.

    + Ownership of performance monitoring – accountability for product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information and KPIs (status, timelines, financials, resourcing) are current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting

    + Ownership of the resource and capacity management process to ensure all products are adequately staffed and funded.

    + Lead a team of Product Owners – fostering professional development and individual growth while driving an environment of accountability and collaboration. This includes leading the recruitment and resource management of headcount to support project execution.

    + Facilitate the annual budget cycle and monthly financial reports.

    + Guide the digital product teams to uphold the Agile SCRUM framework, its values, and principles – ensuring the team understands and applies Agile SCRUM consistently and effectively.

    + Continuously improve team LCM, PMO, and Agile processes.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA is or advanced degree is preferred.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    + 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or software development – including previous roles in Product Management, PMO, lifecycle management, or finance

    + Demonstrable experience working in Agile environments and applying Scrum principles to deliver successful outcomes, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence

    + A bias towards action with strong decision-making capabilities

    + Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly across functions - including proficiency in identifying and resolving conflicts constructively

    + A continuousimprovement mindset

    + Ability to build out financial plans and formal business cases. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources

    + Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities

    Preferred:

    + Familiarity with E2E supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution within a MedTech or similar industry

    + UX/UI design experience or familiarity partnering with UX/UI designers

    + Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD

    + Previous software development experience

    + Familiarity with AI concepts

    Other:

    + This position requires up to 10% travel domestic and international

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    115,000-197,800.00

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
