+ Complete DX assessments

+ Completes and recommends monthly therapy and consultant hours

+ Prescribes medication accordingly and collaborating with pharmacies

+ Observes, records and reports PWS condition, reactions to prescribing medications, including PRNs.

+ Completes trainings and provide education to staff on medications, symptoms, side effects etc.

+ Reviews previous and current documentation, including discharge paperwork

+ Review EMAR

+ Document in Digital Agency and Behavior Agency

+ Collaborates with stakeholders including CCL, DDS and Regional Centers

+ Collaborates with medical personnel such as RN's, MD's, Social Workers, Psychologist and Psychiatrist in hospital or inpatient settings

+ Ensure best practices and provide discussions for the PWS with YAI RN's, Social Workers and QBMPs.

+ Attends House Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Clinical Rounds, and IBSPs.

+ Triage emergency and/or non-emergency phone calls
