    FlexStaff is excited to offer a temporary opportunity for a Sales Support Rep to support our esteemed Client, a leading global distributor of healthcare products and services. This is a _fully remote position,_ allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

    Schedule:

    * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    * _Temporary assignment until January 16, 2026_

    What You'll Do:

    Assist in a range of sales related activities to close loans for customer's that finance equipment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    * Monitor projected loan closures for the month via Salesforce dashboard with estimated close dates for revenue projection.

    * Generate invoice in the equipment system for orders that are delivered and installed.

    * Prepares proforma invoices for specific transactions that involve promotional financing. This includes updating the invoice copy and system for correct loan buy down calculation.

    * Submits invoices and proforma invoices to lending partner, update Salesforce and main database.

    * Assist in monitoring customer accounts for proper cash application.

    Who You Are:

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    * Three (3) or more years of related experience.

    * Proficiency in relevant programs including Salesforce.com and Adobe Acrobat

    The salary range for this position is $20-$20/hour
