Discover your purpose at CentraCare working as a Receptionist at our Waite Park Home Health & Hospice office. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing receptionist and data entry support to Transitional Care within established policies and procedures.

As a receptionist, you will:

+ Greet and assist staff, visitors and clients/families with courtesy and compassion

+ Offer clear direction and support to those accessing our services

+ Manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence

+ Send, receive and track orders and referrals from external partners

+ Support and implement patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate

Schedule

+ Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks | Waite Park Home Health & Hospice Office

+ Various shifts Monday - Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits

+ Starting pay begins at $16.85 per hour and increases with experience

+ Pay range: $13.99 - $20.99 per hour

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Knowledge of computer-based data entry

+ Strong communication skills

+ 1-2 years of clerical experience preferred

+ Clerical training in high school or vocational school desired or equivalent experience preferred
