Insight Global is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join their client in the Atlanta, GA area. This is an ecommerce environment within the Lighting Industry. The CSR is responsible for efficient, professional communication with new and existing customers. The majority of this work will be done via email and phone. The CSR will be tasked with assisting with order placement, order tracking, order escalations/resolution management and fielding general questions. This is a start-up environment with room for career growth.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of customer service representative experience within an office or ecommerce environment

Excellent written and verbal communication

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Previous experience with data entry and utilizing an ERP system

Experience with book keeping, order fulfillment/tracking, invoicing, or billing is highly desired
