    Job Description

    Armstrong & Aceves is seeking a seasoned Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing projects across Southern California. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and strong organizational skills who thrives in both field and office environments. They're key responsibilities include:

     

    • Oversee daily operations of roofing maintenance crews on commercial projects

    • Perform and supervise leak service calls and routine maintenance

    • Document site conditions with photos and reports; interpret and act on inspection findings

    • Coordinate scheduling, client communication, and crew logistics

    • Maintain weekly reporting to office management

    • Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship across all job sites

    • Assist senior leadership with project oversight and crew development

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of roofing experience (Commercial experience is preferred but not required)

    • Managing 10–20 projects at a time

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and industry platforms like Dataforma and Procore

    • Strong customer service and communication skills

     

    Ability to work 80% in the field and 20% in the office
