    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Sr. HRIS & Compensation Analyst supports the development, administration, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and compensation programs. Under the direction of the HRIS & Compensation Manager, this role is responsible for advanced reporting, data analysis, compensation review, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure that all programs align with business goals, regulatory compliance, and internal equity.

    JOB DUTIES:

    HRIS Administration & Reporting

     

    - Develop a strong understanding of HR systems, with a focus on data entry, reporting, and user support.

     

    - Maintain system data integrity through regular audits and adherence to established data governance standards.

     

    - Ensure HRIS systems comply with all data privacy and security regulations.

     

    - Manage user access levels, roles, and permissions to maintain proper system security.

     

    - Design and deliver both ad hoc and standardized reports for key stakeholders across departments.

     

    - Collaborate with HR and IT to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues efficiently.

     

    - Assist in developing and delivering training for HRIS users to promote best practices and system proficiency.

     

    - Manage and maintain company policies within ADP systems.

     

    Compensation Analysis

     

    - Conduct compensation analysis for hourly and salaried positions, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.

     

    - Develop and recommend pay ranges or salary grades based on market data and internal benchmarks.

     

    - Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA, Pay Transparency, and the Equal Pay Act.

     

    - Perform pay equity analyses and recommend corrective actions as needed.

     

    - Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide compensation guidance and insights.

     

    - Advise managers and leaders on pay decisions, policies, and practices.

     

    Compliance & Reporting

     

    - Support compliance reporting and data gathering for EEO, Pay Data Reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

     

    - Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor employee records, metrics, and achievements.

     

    - Collaborate cross-functionally within the HR team on projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

     

    - Work closely with Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.

     

    - Perform other related duties as assigned.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data.

     

    - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

     

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.

     

    - Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.

     

    - Availability for occasional travel as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and at least 4+ years of relevant HRIS or compensation experience.

     

    - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

     

    - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
