Job Description

The Building Intelligence Team at a leading financial services firm is looking for a Senior Product Roadmap Specialist to lead a global initiative focused on digitizing commercial real estate operations and improving the employee experience across office locations globally. This program includes over 30 products and involves collaboration across multiple functional areas such as facilities, operations, and food & beverage.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within agile frameworks and has a strong track record of engaging stakeholders across complex organizations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for presenting a clear product vision, leading pilot programs to validate strategic direction, assessing alignment with broader business goals, and driving next steps based on feedback and outcomes. You’ll also be the one translating product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap that guides execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and execution of a scalable product development process and lifecycle, leveraging existing tools and systems.

-Collaborate with engineering teams to drive delivery across complex, cross-functional product portfolios.

-Present weekly program updates and insights to executive leadership.

-Facilitate and lead PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions to align teams on business objectives, prioritize features, and manage dependencies.

-Establish governance and standards within existing tooling - prioritizing efficiency and avoiding unnecessary reinvention.

-Maintain a comprehensive risk register to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.

-Define and validate product requirements, establish success metrics, and assess prioritization against competing initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and measurable impact.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager in a product-driven environment.

-Proven success managing cross-functional products spanning multiple teams and platforms.

-Strong understanding of APIs and their role in product integration and delivery.

-Demonstrated expertise in executing product roadmaps, ensuring timely alignment and successful launches.

-Experience creating and enforcing governance frameworks within existing systems and tools.

-Hands-on experience with Smartsheets, SharePoint, and Jira.

-Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in large-scale enterprise environments.
