    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be responsible for assisting with the definition and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for the notifications platform that aligns with overall business goals and enhances user experience. They will be responsible for owning the notifications experience, including roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization, as well as collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, customer support ,and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and personalized communications. The project manager will partner with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on message delivery timing, channels, and content to improve engagement metrics. They will analyze business risks, drive testing and monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and churn impact. The pay rate for this role is 40-47/hr.

    3 years of experience as a project manager

     

    Technical writing experience

     

    Customer experience background

     

    Experience with Microsoft office
