    Job Description

    A large oil and gas operator is hiring a Sr. Endur Software Developer in Houston, TX or Tulsa, OK. This role is focused on leading the design and development of enterprise software solutions. The position involves setting technical direction, defining technology strategy, and mentoring development teams.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Tasked with developing, implementing, evaluating, and supporting software solutions. Build applications tailored to the unique objectives and expectations of business stakeholders. Work closely with diverse teams, produce high-quality and streamlined code, and guarantee that all software runs efficiently and reliably.

     

    • Lead hands-on development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions

    • Define and guide architectural design aligned with organizational goals

    • Collaborate with senior leadership on technology strategy

    • Mentor and coach technical teams and leaders

    Compensation:

    $115,000 to $220,000 per year annual salary.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages and add-ons for this role include: 10% adder to salary, potential quarterly bonuses (% of salary), and sign-on bonuses. Benefit packages for this role includes healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10 years of experience: Endur, Java, and interfacing with Oracle

     

    - Extensive experience with large-scale system design and deployment

     

    - Proficiency in relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases

     

    - Expert-level proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and technologies

     

    - High school diploma/GED Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

     

    NGL or midstream industry experience
