Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Communications Consultant to join the Engineering and Property Services organization of a large pharmaceutical company. This individual will be responsible for partnering with key leaders and stakeholders to understand key initiatives and priorities to develop and own a communications strategy to large audiences. 70% of this role will be dedicated to communication strategy and execution and 30% of the role will be supporting change management. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration and storytelling skills to translate key updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in Communications for a large enterprise environment

- Experience with Change Management

- Strong storytelling skills

- Ability to work urgently in a project environment

- MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams, and CoPilot skills
