Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager with background in Lean and Business Process. In this role you will be responsible for helping stand up lean across the entire organization. In this scope you will help create value stream mapping and identify process times and lead times on project initiatives. Looking at kick back rates within their entire organization and opportunity to improve process surrounding rates. Looking at data across the org to help drive efficiencies. There is an also an element of updating policies and procedures surrounding the analytics that drive the business results.
This role will also include the following:
Process Analysis & Assessment
Evaluate current workflows, operations, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Use tools like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and A3 Problem Solving to visualize and diagnose issues.
Strategy Development & Implementation
Design and implement Lean strategies tailored to the organization’s goals.
Develop standards of performance based on process innovation and continuous improvement. [bestsampleresume.com]
Lead workshops and facilitate change management initiatives across departments.
Coaching & Collaboration
Train and coach employees and leadership on Lean principles and tools.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of Lean practices.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track the effectiveness of Lean initiatives through metrics and KPIs.
Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data to ensure sustained improvements.
Continuous Improvement Culture
Promote a mindset of ongoing learning and refinement.
Encourage feedback loops and regular performance reviews to identify new opportunities for optimization.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Lean environments
- Understand value stream mapping and identify new process
- Experience working in data and analyzing data to drive business decisions
- Experience bringing right stakeholders together to observe issues for correction action plans and counter measures
- Excellent oral and written communication
