             Job Description Our client is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality operations in a mid-to-high volume manufacturing environment. This role is critical for ensuring product excellence and driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation: $150,000 to $170,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements Qualifications A bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in quality management within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in cleanroom assembly, cleaning processes (especially ultrasonic cleaning, and contamination control. Deep knowledge of regulatory and quality standards relevant to the semiconductor, aerospace, medical, and energy sectors. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred. Experience with quality software (e.g., QMS, SPC, Minitab) and ERP systems.
