    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    -To assist in providing occupational therapy for individuals evaluated by the occupational therapist and in conjunction with OT treatment plan.

     

    -Follow the treatment plan established by the OT.

     

    -Work in conjunction with the individual's physician and therapist in course of treatment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Certified occupational therapy assistant with appropriate NYS license/eligibility.
