Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are actively seeking Systems Engineers with a minimum of 3 years' experience. Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills may include the following:
+ Work in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to Voice
+ Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call center
+ Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure
+ Support implementation of next-generation voice technologies
+ Participate in the system security accreditation process
+ Provide certificate management support for secure systems
+ Assist with system upgrades, patching, and configuration
+ Support new site voice system standups
+ Support call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning
+ Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms
+ Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements
+ Monitor compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
+ Gain hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers)
+ Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision
+ Learn and support platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
