    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Commercial Kitchen Maintenance - Friday through Tuesday Schedule

     

    $28-$32/hr + Overtime | Full Benefits | Company Vehicle Provided

     

    Eugene based | Travel Between Multiple Locations | Fri-Tues Schedule

     

    Weber Enterprises, a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people. If you take pride in keeping equipment running and don't want the same routine every day, this role is for you.

     

    You'll work independently across 5-7 restaurant locations, maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, and building systems. You'll have a company vehicle for daily travel and a supportive maintenance team to share knowledge and help when you run into something new. You'll handle most repairs yourself and escalate licensed work such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC installations when needed.

     

    NOTE: This position is Friday through Tuesday to ensure weekend coverage for our restaurants. Availability on Saturday and Sunday is required

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    What You'll Need

     

    + 3+ years of experience in commercial or facilities maintenance

    + Proven skill with kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, or building systems

    + Valid Oregon driver's license and clean MVR (required for insurance)

    + Comfortable traveling between sites and adapting to changing priorities

    + Strong communication and time management skills

    + HVAC certification or equivalent experience preferred

    Additional Details

    Full-time position, Friday-Tuesday with some nights as needed. Based in Eugene with occasional travel throughout Lane, Douglas, and Coos Counties. Reports to multiple leaders due to regional coverage.
