Manages and updates content across SCI’s consumer-facing websites using CMS and DAM tools. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to support digital projects, resolve field and customer requests, and ensure content accuracy. Performs UAT, reports on project performance, and supports training, administrative tasks, and process improvements to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
+ Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of marketing initiatives and adherence to company standards and best practices.
+ Cooperate with external teams for completion of digital and marketing projects to support organic and paid leads.
+ Reported on project performance, insights, and key metrics to the Supervisor, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization and strategic planning.
+ Update and create website and/or business application content utilizing CMS, DAM, and Photoshop.
+ Conducted in-depth User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure digital assets and platforms met business requirements, identifying bugs and usability issues prior to launch and collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
+ Determine and report website defects, platform communication errors, and gaps in processes, working with developers as needed to identify and resolve technical issues.
+ Resolve field and customer requests in a timely manner to meet team service level agreements (SLAs) and key metrics including customer surveys and net promoter scores (NPS).
+ Help maintain and update applicable intranet pages, creating additional training materials as needed.
+ Assisted with onboarding and training of new associates through a combination of in-person sessions and video-based training courses to ensure consistent knowledge transfer and smooth integration into the team.
+ Supported administrative tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and accurate record-keeping.
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred.
+ 2-3 years customer service or website/technical support experience.
Skills & Expertise
+ Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms for publishing and maintaining web content.
+ Experienced with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring proper organization, tagging, and usage of digital assets across channels.
+ Strong attention to detail and content quality control, ensuring consistency in branding, formatting, grammar, and style across digital platforms.
+ Working knowledge of SEO best practices and metadata optimization to support content visibility and search engine rankings.
+ Skilled in basic HTML/CSS and web formatting to support content layout, updates, and troubleshooting within CMS environments.
+ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools for minor image editing and preparation of web-ready assets.
+ Familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics) to evaluate content performance and inform strategy.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple content requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, IT, design, and compliance teams.
+ Technically adept across platforms and browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, iOS, and Android, ensuring consistent user experience.
