The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for serving as a valued member of the University faculty, demonstrating competence in teaching, professional service, and emerging scholarship. This role also supervises clinical students in various lab and clinical environments. In addition, this role reflects a strong promise of continued academic growth and excellence. The faculty member mentors students and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative, respectful, and service-oriented academic environment. A commitment to outstanding customer service and mission-aligned engagement is essential.

The value you'll bring to the team:

+ Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality instruction and course materials including syllabi, assessments, and clinical assignments.

+ Assesses student performance through timely grading, feedback, office hours, clinical, and formal evaluation.

+ Provides academic support to students through regular communication, individualized assistance, and targeted intervention strategies, including referrals to appropriate support services.

+ Advises students on academic progression, course planning, and career pathways, while providing mentorship in research, clinical practice, or field-based learning as applicable.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

+ Ability to work in both a face-to-face and online teaching environment. [Required]

+ Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems. [Required]

+ Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body. [Required]

+ Bachelor's [Required]

+ 2 years of effective college-level work in the area of academic or professional expertise [Required]

+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
