    Description

    Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc\. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf\-care equipment, and ground support equipment\. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands\. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves\.

    Responsibilities:

    Customize and modify Salesforce\.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards\.

     

    Develop new and creative solutions to existing manual processes within Salesforce\.

     

    Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, content folder rights, groups, list view rights, and custom pages\.

     

    Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and other related materials\.

     

    Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups\.

     

    Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields and escalation rules\.

     

    Conduct training of Salesforce CRM System to users, presenting changes and system enhancements and to diverse audiences\.

    Qualifications

    Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or other related field

    required

    3\.0 GPA or higher

     

    Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office required, Salesforce preferred

    Strong interest in databases, ideally with coursework having used Microsoft Access, Excel MySQL or similar software
