    Job Summary:

    We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates / Unloaders / Lumpers to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. In this role, you-ll be responsible for unloading and handling furniture products, using dollies and other equipment to move items weighing between 50-300 pounds.

     

    No prior experience is required - we provide full training! You-ll often work in teams of 2-3 associates to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

    Schedule:

    -Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 PM to 3:30 am or until work is completed

     

    -Full-time position with occasional overtime opportunities

    Pay:

    You-ll never earn less than $17 per hour, with the opportunity to make $25-$29 per hour on average through our incentive bonus pay, which is based on your productivity and performance. Top performers can earn up to $30 per hour.

    Responsibilities:

    - Unloading furniture products using dollies

     

    - Moving items weighing between 50-300 pounds in a team setting

     

    - Use a RF Scanner and Handcart to organize furniture

     

    - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

     

    - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

    Qualifications:

    - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

     

    - Strong teamwork and communication skills

     

    - Willingness to learn and follow instructions

     

    - Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
