    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, First Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

    **Job Type:** Full-time | Consultant (4 Months)

    **Pay Rate:** $27.64 per hour

     

    About the Role

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Quality Inspector** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the production of advanced aircraft systems. Your work will directly support the delivery of world-class aerospace components that meet exacting standards for performance and precision.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform detailed **mechanical and cosmetic inspections** on parts and assemblies.

    + Conduct **quality control activities** , including inspection for new product introductions.

    + Inspect **incoming goods, returned materials, and assembled products** to ensure compliance with specifications.

    + **Document non-conformances** , maintain inspection records, and escalate major quality issues to leadership.

    + Perform **First Article Inspections (FAI)** and verify that all manufacturing and quality processes meet established standards.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven inspection experience in a **manufacturing or production environment** .

    + Strong ability to **read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications** .

    + Exceptional **attention to detail** and commitment to precision.

    + Excellent **communication and documentation skills** .

    + Ability to work **independently** and collaboratively in a team setting.

    + Familiarity with **quality tools and methodologies** , including 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and corrective action reports. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    **Pay Details:** $27.64 per hour
