PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Machine Operator (Inserter Operator)** to join our partner—a world-leading financial technology company transforming the way money moves for millions of businesses and consumers. What You’ll Do

You’ll be trained to operate advanced **inserting machinery** used in secure document and payment processing. Every detail matters, and your work will help ensure that critical information reaches customers accurately and on time.

Daily Responsibilities:

+ Operate and maintain Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest inserting machines

+ Set up jobs and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance

+ Adapt to changing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Stage completed work for pickup and maintain a clean, organized area

What You’ll Bring

+ Basic computer and data entry skills

+ Proficiency in written and spoken English

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+ Ability to stand for most of your shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

+ Willingness to bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequently

Preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ One year of experience in a production, printing, or mailroom environment

+ Experience operating inserting or manufacturing equipment

**Pay Details:** $17.28 per hour
