**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Assembly & Test Technician** to support manufacturing operations in a hands-on role. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

As an **Assembly & Test Technician** you will:

+ Assemble systems and components according to technical specifications.

+ Inspect and troubleshoot products to ensure functionality and quality.

+ Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

+ Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Associate’s degree in a technical field.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

**Pay Details:** $21.50 per hour
