    **PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking an experienced and results-driven **HR Project Manager** to lead critical Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformation across HR systems and processes, supporting Aerospace Technologies in a dynamic, global environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As an **HR Project Manager,** you will:

    + Lead the delivery of Oracle HCM projects on scope, on budget, and on time.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

    + Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

    + Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation.

    + Operate within established project methodologies and management systems.

    + Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve escalations.

    + Present updates to Steering Committees and participate in regular management operating system (MOS) reviews.

    + Lead teams of subject matter experts across HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines without direct reporting authority.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.

    + Proven success managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives.

    + Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

    + Experience handling confidential and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or related field.

    + Expertise in Oracle HCM or equivalent ERP systems.

    + PMP or Greenbelt certification.

    + Experience leading large, global HR projects.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

    + Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.

    **Pay Details:** $70.00 per hour
