    Logan A/C & Heat Services in Dayton, OH is looking to hire an HVAC Service Tech Trainee. Are you looking to get into a trade, but don't have experience? This is the perfect, entry level position to jump start your HVAC career at Logan Services!

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Shadow and assist Service Technicians with service, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems

    + Attend in-house training sessions

    + Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment

    + Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance

    + Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Ability to comfortably interact with customers

    + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team player attitude

    + Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
