    Logan A/C & Heat Services in Cincinnati, OH is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate- Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM-3:00 PM.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + + Prepare and fulfill orders for same-day/next-day installations

    + + Manage inventory levels and reorder stock through approved vendors.

    + + Create, receive, and verify purchase orders; report discrepancies

    + + Maintain warehouse organization and ensure a clean, safe environment

    + + Load/unload shipments and replenish technician bins daily

    + + Label, track, and return service parts; process warranty credits and RMAs

    + + Deliver parts and equipment to technicians, supply houses, and other office locations as needed

    + + Follow FIFO guidelines and assist with general warehouse duties

    Competencies:

    + Care and Use of Equipment: Possess excellent knowledge of job-related equipment, ensuring careful handling and storage.

    + Organizing: Use resources effectively and arrange information and files in a systematic manner.

    Experience and Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.

    + Current forklift certification.

    + Proficient in iPad and computer skills, with some software knowledge.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    Physical Demands:

    + Frequently required to stand and walk.

    + Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + May need to lift, push, pull, and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds on a weekly basis.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Must be able to pass a background check

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record
