United Protective Services is seeking a professional Overnight Concierge Security Officer to join our San Antonio team. This position requires a polished, customer-focused individual who can provide both front-desk concierge assistance and security oversight during evening and overnight hours.

As the first point of contact for residents, tenants, or guests, you will represent our client and company with the highest level of professionalism while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist residents, tenants, and guests in a courteous and professional manner

+ Monitor access points, and surveillance systems

+ Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents according to site procedures

+ Conduct interior and exterior patrols as assigned

+ Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports

+ Communicate effectively with property management and emergency personnel

+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk or lobby environment
