Position Description:
**Penn Ob/Gyn Princeton is excited to be seeking an experienced Full-Time Clinical Coordinator Nurse Midwife to join their growing team.** The Clinical Coordinator functions as a full-scope Midwife providing independent and/or collaborative care within the department in accordance with its mission. The Clinical Coordinator ensures compliance with TJC, CMS and DOH requirements across all practice locations. The Clinical Coordinator assists with developing and facilitating clinical education sessions, communicates new processes/updates, assists with coverage plans for unexpected needs and acts as the subject matter expert for clinical questions and EHR optimization.
The Clinical Coordinator will assist with hiring, onboarding and orientation of new midwifery providers, and complete clinical competencies and evaluations.

Minimum Requirements:
+ Candidates must possess a M.S.N. and certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM)
+ Candidates must possess (or be eligible for) nursing and CNM licensure in the state of New Jersey
+ Current CPR certification
+ Candidates must have prior leadership experience

Salary Range:
$83,200.00 - $208,000.00/Annually based on 40 hours per week
