We are hiring a **Senior Account Manager** , an individual who brings a rich tapestry of experience in strategizing and executing complex projects. This role demands a visionary leader proficient in nurturing new business relationships with key decision-makers and developing fresh revenue streams while maintaining a strong foothold in Custom Engineering, Cloud and Digital practices. Responsibilities

+ Create strategies to successfully achieve client business goals

+ Ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model by working closely with project/program management teams

+ Lead as an expert consultant managing business and transformation, product strategies and roadmaps

+ Coordinate shaping solutions and properly scoping/pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase

+ Generate and monitor revenue within the client/account portfolio (P&L) as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services

+ Participate in sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close/sign new deals

Requirements

+ Highly skilled in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions within a consulting organization

+ Experience with managing P&L

+ Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills

+ Expert in managing large programs with strong emphasis on Custom Engineering and Cloud services and solutions

+ Proven history working in information technology and engineering segment

+ Hands-on experience working with business leaders and cross-functional teams globally with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, and team management towards successful outcomes

+ A technical background or previous experience in Delivery or Project Management will be considered a significant plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000.
