    Are you a creative, driven, and collaborative individual eager to make an impact? EPAM is seeking an early-career marketing professional to join our North American team as a **Field Marketing Specialist** , based in the Greater Philadelphia area.

     

    In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, global marketing network that fuels business growth, builds our brand, and sparks industry conversations. You’ll work closely with business units and marketing teams across North America, taking ownership of marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive our success in the region.

    Responsibilities

    + Partner with business units to define marketing priorities and coordinate quarterly marketing plans

    + Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, articulate, and launch new offerings

    + Activate and optimize marketing campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs)

    + Test, measure, and continuously improve campaigns, reporting on results and tracking MQLs through the sales process

    + Identify the most effective marketing channels and craft the right messages to reach target audiences, including through events, campaigns, analyst relations, social media, and sales tools

    + Research and monitor the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies

    + Develop sales kits to support the growth of existing accounts

    + Contribute to the development of case studies that showcase client success

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles (internships and relevant coursework count!)

    + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build productive relationships across teams and locations

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    + High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

    + Experience with common platforms for campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation, and segmentation

    + A proactive, flexible, and resourceful approach, with the ability to embrace and manage ambiguity

    + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred

    + Willingness to work on-site at our Philadelphia office at least 1-2 days per week
