    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Carpenters** for projects located in **Neenah, WI** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$25-34/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Setting floors and roof trusses

    + Framing walls

    + Blocking

    + Layout walls and floors

    + Cutting rafters

    + Perform rough framing for residential structures, including walls, floors, and roofs

    + Install wall and roof sheathing according to plans and specifications

    + Construct subfloors to meet structural requirements and ensure level, stable foundations

    + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately

    + Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

    + Work with a team to complete projects on schedule

    + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    + Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel

    + Minimum of 2+ years of Rough Carpentry experience in commercial Carpentry

    + Must have basic tools of the trade and standard PPE

    + OSHA 10 Certification

    + Must be able to pass a drug screening
