As a Sales Strategy & Data Analytics Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Interns at Jack Henry earn $25.00 per hour and work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This role is based onsite at our Charlotte, NC office, though other Jack Henry hub locations may also be considered, including Allen, TX; Springfield/Monett, MO; and Louisville, KY. The Summer 2026 Internship Program will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026.

What you’ll be responsible for:

+ Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

+ Identify Target Markets and use data to prioritize customer segments.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to explore and validate ideas about customer behavior and sales trends.

+ Evaluate existing sales outreach strategies and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.

What you’ll need to have:

+ Pursuing a degree in: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Analytics / Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or Economics with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on advanced data manipulation and reporting.

+ Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or business intelligence platforms, coupled with a working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

+ Must be a U.S. citizen and not require sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future.
