Summary
The Asset & Logistics Manager is the primary contact for managing all high-value and sensitive assets belonging to Security SBU. The list includes Armory Management, Vehicle Fleet Management, and all the Equipment and infrastructure, their inventory, and tracking. This role additional duties include obtaining quotes, sourcing, and procurement of vehicles, weapons, ammunition, equipment, and other items as deemed necessary in support of contract operations. The role has a direct impact on financial performance, government compliance, ABS compliance, operations, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Responsible for establishing and upkeeping Asset, Logistic, & Armory standard operating procedure (SOP) policy.
+ Responsible for accountability of all weapons and ammunition belonging to Security SBU
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation of all related fixed assets (Vehicles & Weapons) & fleet operations.
+ Ensure all transportation assets are inventoried, registered, and brought into compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulations in coordination with Corporate Office.
+ Develop and manage the fleet budget, including maintenance costs, fuel expenses, and replacement vehicle acquisitions.
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or service quality.
+ Responsible for preparing and analyzing data for upper management presentations.
+ Responsible for all vehicle fleet, weapons, and ammo procurement, transfers, inventory, quotes, and disposition management.
+ Manager of all computer and cellphone asset procurement, transfers, inventory, quotes, and disposition management.
+ Manage contract closure operations; retrieve, inventory, and redistribute all serviceable weapons, ammo, uniforms, and equipment.
+ Responsible for logistical coordination as required (transportation & shipping).
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
+ Proven experience and a minimum of 3-4 years of fleet & weapons, logistics & asset management.
+ FAR & Procurement understanding/experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, including maintenance practices, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
+ Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines
