Job Summary:
Responsible for owning and driving final production schedules to ensure operational excellence across all manufacturing activities. This includes reviewing and coordinating the workflow of production, aftermarket, and rework orders, while proactively managing inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine downtime, and product quality.
What You Will Do:

This includes reviewing and coordinating the workflow of production, aftermarket, and rework orders, while proactively managing inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine downtime, and product quality.
+ Works in close alignment with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance long-term demand and supply at the facility level.
+ Develops and maintains complex daily production schedules based on demand forecasts, negotiates and resolves scheduling conflicts, monitors inventory levels, and ensures timely execution of production plans.
Education requirement:
+ Candidates should possess a relevant degree or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
What skills you will have:
**Data Gathering & Analysis** : Requires strong proficiency in collecting and interpreting data from production systems, inventory databases, and supplier inputs. Skilled in using ERP tools (e.g., SAP), Excel, and reporting software to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and support operational decisions with actionable insights.
**Global Perspective:** Demonstrates a solid understanding of global supply chain operations and international logistics. A background in working across multinational teams and navigating cross-border coordination is essential, along with the ability to manage scheduling across time zones and adapt to global business dynamics.
**Planning: Tactical, Strategic** : Demands a proven track record in both tactical and strategic production planning. Capable of developing daily schedules, allocating resources efficiently, and aligning production goals with long-term business objectives. Familiarity with capacity planning and agile planning methods is important.
**Problem Solving** : Requires demonstrated expertise in identifying and resolving production scheduling challenges such as bottlenecks, material shortages, and resource conflicts. Apply root cause analysis, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement strategies to maintain workflow efficiency.
**Cross-Team Integration** : Strong collaboration skills and a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering. Facilitate communication, align priorities, and coordinate efforts to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
**Forecasting:** Involves solid knowledge of demand forecasting and the ability to translate forecasts into actionable production schedules. Familiar with forecasting tools and techniques, and capable of adjusting plans based on market trends, customer demand, and supply chain variability.
**Production Scheduling and Control** : Requires hands-on expertise in developing, managing, and adjusting production schedules to meet delivery targets. Proficient in using scheduling software and control systems, with a strong understanding of lead times, material availability, and production timelines to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
Additional Information:
This position requires the candidate to **work onsite five days a week at the Denison, TX office.**
Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

Summary Pay Range:
$79,800.00 - $119,760.00
