    Data Scientist, Product Analytics Responsibilities:

    1. Works on complex projects where analysis of situations and decision making requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

    2. Receives directional guidance

    3. Work is done independently, reviewed upon completion, and influences team-level goals and objectives.

    4. Influences outcomes in cross-functional settings.

    5. Contributes to the community through organizational efforts to build and sustain diversity, culture, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and/or development programs.

    6. Networks with key internal and external contacts and uses persuasion in delivering messages, mostly within their own area of expertise and sometimes outside.

    7. Advises team and XFN partners on complex matters in a product/business area.

    8. Takes a broad perspective on problems and exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

    9. Engages leaders to gain buy-in and support for a new direction or opportunity.

    10. Contributes to setting team-level goals.

    11. Identifies, explains, and acts on own strengths and development needs.

    12. This level involves defining important problems and opportunities, often owning a complex or ambiguous area, driving results, and improving the effectiveness of the team.

    13. 10% Domestic travel required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    14. Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a data or analytics-related occupation

    15. Experience must include 3 years in some of the following:

    16. Algorithms, data structures, or systems software

    17. Solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

    18. Gathering, manipulating, or analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources

    19. Communicating complex technical machine learning concepts in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

    20. Research in topics closely related to machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, signal processing, data mining, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, or computer vision

    21. Adapting standard machine learning methods to best enterprise modern parallel environments: distributed clusters, multicore SMP, or GPU

    22. Developing highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, statistics, regression, rules-based models, or mathematical models

    23. Java, C++, Perl, PHP, or Python

    Public Compensation:

    $223,466/year to $235,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
