Required Skills:
Enterprise Engineering Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of engineers in the ideation and technical development of innovative enterprise software to streamline and automate critical business processes.
2. Provide strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise software product development.
3. Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies.
4. Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned.
5. Develop and drive execution on 6 month and 1 year road maps.
6. Drive innovation, establish new approaches in improving productivity.
7. Establish a metrics-based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement.
8. Ensure system security, data integrity and accuracy of financial records.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
10. Requires 7 years of experience in the following:
11. Leading a team of engineers that build custom products integrating with 3rd party applications
12. Building highly-scalable enterprise platforms with customizable workflows for multiple internal facing clients and tens of thousands of users
13. Building scalable, data- intense platforms that can consolidate information across multiple sources and optimize for data retrieval
14. Strong product sense making data driven decisions, and experience working with product partners including data science, data engineering, product management, and product research
15. Strong design sense in developing user-friendly tools, and experience working with along with product design and content design
16. Experience with executing fast paced and iterative product development and
17. Building high-velocity software development processes that allow for clarity and flexibility
Public Compensation:
$279,886/year to $290,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
