    Meadowbrook Terrace - LPN – Part Time-Night Shift– 6:30p-6:30a-Req 9006

     

    Pay Range $25.46-$28.98*+

     

    Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the assisted living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Please see our requirements below.

    Qualifications:

    + Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse.

    + Current BCLS Certification.

    Requirements:

    + Must be able to work weekends and holidays (Rotating)

    + Must be able to work 12-hour shifts

    ***This position comes with:

    + 6 paid holidays

    + 2 floating holidays

    + 2 bonus days for good attendance (must meet attendance requirements).
