The selected candidate will manage multiple complex product/solution introduction projects for RI Electrification team. Primarily leading DET NPI core program and it's application programs. These programs will need extensive collaboration with various functional teams on daily bases.
What You Will Do:
• Coordinating with the businesses, sales, marketing, and platform groups to manage resources for each deliverable within the project.
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
• Influencing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
• Communicating with customers and managing expectations; ensuring effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms.
Education Requirement
A **bachelor’s degree** from an accredited institution

+ **Planning: Tactical, Strategic** – You will develop and communicate tactical plans aligned with strategic goals; allocate resources, link departmental plans to business objectives, and ensure integration with the overall strategy.

+ **Program Management** – You will plan and oversee related projects; evaluate risks, conduct reviews, and coach on tools and communication.
+ **Design for Manufacturability (DFM)** – You will implement DFM methods to streamline design and reduce costs; follow best practices and document processes.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
+ Proven NPI leadership experience - ideally within Caterpillar or very familiar with Caterpillar NPI processes.
+ Six Sigma certification and large project leadership experience.
+ Day-one readiness to lead the project with ability to quickly grasp project scope, team dynamics, and deliverables.
+ Bonus traits like program leadership, electrification experience, or involvement in autonomy/JSS initiatives.
Additional Details:

+ Relocation: Relocation assistance is offered.
+ Travel: Up to 15% of travel may be required.
+ Location: This position is based in Tucson, Arizona and requires on-site presence five days a week.
Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
