Senior Engineering Manager – Event Driven Fulfillment & GeoDemand

Are you passionate about building scalable systems and leading high-performing engineering teams? We’re looking for a **Senior Engineering Manager** to drive innovation and execution within our **Event Driven Fulfillment** and **GeoDemand** domains—key pillars of our next-generation supply chain and inventory intelligence platforms.

What You’ll Do

+ **Engineering Excellence** : Champion best practices in software development, architecture, and operational reliability.

+ **Smooth Execution** : Lead planning, prioritization, and coordination to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.

+ **Technical Leadership** : Collaborate with architects and product leaders to shape solutions that meet evolving business needs.

+ **Talent Development** : Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.

+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with teams across Global Tech to align strategy, resolve dependencies, and accelerate delivery.

+ **Operational Oversight** : Manage team health, capacity planning, and incident response to maintain service excellence.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

+ 10+ years of experience with agile practices and leading efficient teams

+ 5+ years as a lead developer in highly scalable systems

+ Strong technical acumen in both transactional and asynchronous paradigms

+ 5+ years of experience in operational and engineering excellence

+ 5+ years working with data pipeline or workflow technologies (e.g., Airflow, ETL toolsets)

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Experience with Kafka

+ Fullstack development background

+ Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus

+ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
