Job Title: Global Optimization Analyst, Supply Chain

Summary:Be a part of Momentive's global digital excellence transformation initiative as a key contributor to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge supply chain tools. In this dynamic role, you will support the full lifecycle of digital solutions-from requirement gathering and design to development, implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization. Projects include MILP-based scheduling models, forecasting and demand planning systems, and analytics dashboards.

Collaborate closely with Digital Excellence PMO and IT teams to enhance global supply chain capabilities. Korean fluency is required for effective communication with stakeholders in Korea.

Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Support the requirement gathering, design, development, and implementation of supply chain tools including advanced scheduling models, forecasting and demand planning tools, and reporting and analytics solutions.

+ Develop an understanding of plant production environments and data workflows between supply chain tools and enterprise systems.

+ Update and support reporting systems used to present plans and schedules to business functions.

+ Document and maintain process and data workflows for demand management, S&OP, inventory management, and advanced scheduling processes.

+ Apply basic understanding of SQL databases, internal structures, and standard SQL queries.

+ Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

+ Track progress against formal project plans and use formal project methodologies for larger projects.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in supply chain optimization role preferably within global manufacturing company.

+ Experience in a high-level programming language.

+ Experience in process modeling and computer-based problem solving.

+ Experience with ERP tools.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.

Preferred

+ Experience with SQL and relational databases.

+ Experience with Tableau.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $78,000 - $114,400

The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
