    Join Sam’s Club as a Manager, People and become a trusted partner to executive leadership, driving business results through people strategy. This is a unique opportunity to influence decision-making, develop leadership capabilities, and shape the future of our club alongside a new officer and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support our Membership and Insights organization, including the membership team, contact center, and our data analytics & science teams.

    What you'll do...

     

    + Partner with executive leaders, confidently driving discussions and influencing business decisions

    + Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives and talent solutions

    + Coach and develop leaders, building capabilities through feedback and development planning

    + Analyze data and trends to inform recommendations and support business growth

    + Execute HR operations, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives through others

    What you’ll bring…

    + Experience as an HR Generalist or People Partner, with a track record of executive partnership

    + Strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset, connecting talent to business strategy

    + Confident communicator, able to maintain composure and influence at the senior level

    + Skilled in coaching, leadership development, and driving initiatives through collaboration

    + Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

     

    Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
