About the team:
The team is dedicated to developing advanced embedded software for Smart TV platforms, focusing on seamless integration across UI, Middleware, and Hardware layers. Members collaborate to optimize video processing features, ensuring high performance and quality across diverse formats. The group embraces Agile methodologies, emphasizing rigorous testing and continuous improvement within a Behavior Driven Development framework. Experienced engineers mentor peers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. The team values precision, innovation, and accountability, working collectively to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet business and technical requirements in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
+ Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
+ Develop, configure, and maintain code components adhering to coding standards and best practices.
+ Collaborate within Agile teams to create user stories, estimate tasks, and deliver high-quality software.
+ Implement automated scripts to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
+ Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and performance issues efficiently.
+ Monitor application performance and contribute to maintenance and enhancement activities.
+ Utilize version control and project management tools to support development lifecycle.
What you'll bring:
+ at least 3 years (preferably 5 years) of experience with programming languages such as C, advance C++ (C++ 17 or later), and Python, with strong coding standards adherence.
+ Experience with Agile software development methodologies and project management practices.
+ Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
+ Familiarity with version control systems, including Git and GitHub.
+ Ability to analyze and translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
+ Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
+ Competence in troubleshooting, defect management, and performance monitoring of software applications.
+ Experience working with Linux environments and embedded software development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
