The Opportunity
This position works out of our Atlanta, GA location in the Heart Failure Division. In Abbott’s Heart Failure (HF) business, we’re developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
This role provides technical support relating to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing, maintaining, or modifying production equipment utilizing technical expertise, technical manuals, schematic drawings, precision tools, and test equipment.
What You’ll Work On
+ Perform PMP (preventative maintenance plan) on complex RF equipment.
+ Swap equipment for calibration.
+ Perform all EAM activities to open and close Work Orders.
+ Manage equipment inventory, prepare and schedule assets for calibration
+ Trouble shoot production system and provide feedback to engineering
+ Support Engineering in Installation qualification of Complex Systems.
+ Works independently and prioritizes activities.
Required Qualifications
+ Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred Qualifications
+ two years of performing equipment maintenance in medical device regulated environment

The base pay for this position is $20.05 – $40.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
